Material:
The food-safe genuine organic straw is made from an innovative plant-based raw material. A plasticizer-free and ecological organic raw material that is biodegradable and is therefore converted into the components CO2, water and biomass.
Tested under food law by a leading German testing institute and biodegradable according to DIN EN 13432.

Storage and packaging:
You will receive the real BioHalm in neutral cardboard packaging.
Please store it dry at < 30°C.
The service life or shelf life is approx. 6 months when stored in a dry place.

Special features of the single-use plastic ban:
Please note:
This innovative, ecological and unique straw is dishwasher safe (EN 12875-1:2005) and therefore REUSABLE.

As a disposable item, it is just as affected by the ban on single-use plastic as plastic.
It may be used beyond the deadline for the single-use plastic ban, as long as it must be noted that it can be reused.
That's why we AND YOU must also mark it as "reusable" when used!

You can use our specially designed information sticker for cinemas, for example, and point this out to your customers easily at the counter.

For example, let your customer take the straw home and "up-cycle" it - they can rinse and reuse it as often as they like, thereby doing something for the environment.
And if he no longer wants to use it, he can, with a clear conscience, put it in the organic or residual waste, or simply in the home compost.

Because the stalk breaks down within a few weeks and becomes natural again.

Please be sure to clean it well before reusing!
